What is MomentDiary?open: With "Moment Diary", you can make a note with time record. The maximum number of characters is 140 (You can remove the limitation) .You can use this application for various uses such as a diary, an idea memo, a to-do list, or a diet record.

Can I exceed the maximum number of characters?open: We count down the number of characters. However, you can write more than 140 characters. You can count up the number of characters by touching a setting button and unchecking "count down button".

How many entries can I post?open: Your diaries will be saved in your device. Thus the number depends on the capacity of your device.

I forgot my passcode lock number.open: We do not save your passcode. Please keep your passcode by yourself.

Though I did nothing the passcode lock suddenly got unlocked .open: Some devices have a bug that causes the initializaition of the settings. However, we have nothing to do with the bug. We appreciate your understanding.

I can't see my previous entries.open: Due to a bug in AndroidOS 2.1, you can't open MomentDiary when you have exceeded the limit of the number of the entries. You can still browse your entries you have uploaded in last month in a list screen. In a calendar screen, you can browse your past entries as well. You can see your entries without any problems if you change or upgrade your device.

The error message "Storage is not prepared" appears.open: Check whether the microSD card is recognized by your device. If the message still appears, even though the card is recognized, please send us your user information including your device type and OS type.

What is the difference between "MomentDiary" and "MomentDiary 1.6"?open: If your device ships with Android 2.3 or later, we recommend you to use "MomentDiary". If your device ships with older versions, we recommend you to use "MomentDiary 1.6" because you can't use some functions in "MomentDiary".

The photos I kept in "MomentDiary" have suddenly disappeared. open: We apologize for causing inconveniences. Your photos can be deleted if you delete the web histories, the tasks, and the caches using some applications (ex: CleanMaster) . To keep your photos, please utilize our fee-based backup services . Thank you.

What is cloud backup?open: You can save your MomentDiary datas on web server. By saving, you can recover your data even after you initialized your device. Also, you can share your data with other devices by using the same account.

Do I have to pay extra fee for cloud backup?open: Partially. We save your texts without a fee. However, there is a charge for backing up your photos.

It takes too much time to do cloud backup.open: Please start cloud backup in good network environment. Please use Wi-Fi when your data includes too many entries , especially photos.

I can't complete cloud backup. open: If you can't complete the work, save your data to other devices, re-install the application and try again. If this solution does not solve your problem, please contact us via e-mail.

I subscribed to the premium service. However, I was asked to pay extra money when I tried to synchronize the application to other devices. open: We browse account information from Google Play. Check whether your DiaryID is same. Also it might be the case that it needs time to recognize the current state of your charge information. Please wait for a while.

What is the difference between backup and cloud backup?open: When you do backup, your datas will be saved in mobile phones or in microSD cards. You can restore them by choosing restoring. With cloud Backup, you can save photos in our web server. You can restore them only by synchronizing.

Where is my backup file?open: A backup file will be saved in "/sdcard" or "/sdcard/external_sd". You can check it by using File Manager application. Your backup file will be named "md_backup.dat2" , and will be located in /sdcard/MomentDiary or /sdcard/external_sd/MomentDiary.

I uninstalled application without backing up. Can I recover my data?open: We are sorry but we can't restore your data if you haven't done backup beforehand

What steps should I take to do split backup and sprit restore?open: 1.Choose" Split Backup" in a setting screen.

2.Find out where is a moment diary folder(/scard/moment diary) by using #File Manager applications

3.Copy a file "db0.splite","md_backup_1.dat4" into PC file or microSD. (If the file size is large, more than one backup file will be made. ex:md_backup_2,md_backup_3.All of these include "md_backup_". You have to copy all of these files.)

*1.In some devices SD card will not appear as "/sdcard" but "/sdcard/external_sd".

4.Install MomentDiary in your device. "MomentDiary folder" will be made.

5.Copy "db0.splite" and the files whose names include "md_backup_" into "MomentDiary folder".

6.Start MomentDiary and choose "Split Restore" in a setting screen.
